Your so right when you say that love, compassion and happiness are already inside all of us. We truly are born with it but loose access as it gets burred by our experiences. In yoga we are taught that getting past those walls you spoke allows us to love ourselves so deeply that it extends out from ourselves to the universe around us in the form of compassion and positivity. All of us are effected by our environment around us, even if we don't realize it. Most people are completely in the dark and often in denial of just how much our surroundings effect them. Some like you are effected more consciously and profoundly than others. It's wonderful that you can see how your ability to see and feel your surroundings so powerfully is not only a curse but a blessing as well. While it can effect you negatively, it also gifts you with the amazing ability to deeply understand just how much outwardly showing positivity and compassion can help others in ways they might not even realize. It gives you a wonderful opportunity to make a difference by sharing this insight and inspiring others. The world needs people like you. The more people that learn to show compassion in our day to day lives, the more positive of an environment this world will become, which which in turn makes people more positive as they absorb that energy. It starts a beautiful cycle of understanding, compassion and positivity.Clovebhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12115368752616205970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313818919727709374.post-19996230515164496632012-07-21T05:31:16.665-07:002012-07-21T05:31:16.665-07:00This is such a beautiful post! I have found myself...This is such a beautiful post! I have found myself looking at it many more times today. Sometimes not until you are lost in this world can you begin to find your true self. Compassion starts with your own "being" and being able to see the good in others by recognizing that exact thing in yourself. I feel that compassion is always there in your own heart. It is an "automatic" response coming directly from your core and when you allow that to be foremost and present, it is much easier to reach out, react and help others. There is always, always something to be thankful for and some reason to love. I find your words and thoughts and ideas incredibly inspiring!! Thank you for sharing and revealing your "compassionate" self, it is really beautiful to witness. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00937231209801817937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313818919727709374.post-27954355633606367592012-07-20T22:47:30.953-07:002012-07-20T22:47:30.953-07:00Thank you for your beautiful thoughts! I have bee...Thank you for your beautiful thoughts! I have been thinking about it all day, I totally agree that compassion is vital to a happy existence, both on a personal and global/community level, and that it has to start within. I'm not sure of your spiritual path, but I really enjoyed reading "An Open Heart" by The Dalai Lama, it had some great thoughts and meditations on compassion. I used to avoid people because I was afraid of getting emotionally hurt, it has taken me a long time to open up. The best thing I have done is to look for the good in people. You know how when you have something in mind, it suddenly appears everywhere? Every day I tell myself that there are awesome and wonderful people and every day I find them ^_^ ps - you always have the perfect pics with your posts!Melhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08496978720019413182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3313818919727709374.post-8710449141213884882012-07-20T05:15:18.495-07:002012-07-20T05:15:18.495-07:00You have said these things so beautifully.
