The Real You

We miss out on so much in life. Held back by our own worries and fears of what the world might think, our ideas of reputation that only exist inside our own heads, our need to be accepted and admired by others and our stubborn perceptions of what life is and what people and the world around us should be, when all the world wants from us is for us to be real and true to ourselves and share the depths of that trueness and inner uniqueness with others. Yet, I think most of us live out our whole lives without really ever knowing ourselves and all for the sake of fear, but be rest assured that, inside all of us, there is this unbelievably amazing version of ourselves, just screaming to get out, that would bring even the most calloused individual to their knees and weeping in awe over the sheer revelation of their own beauty...
